PR111 Terms and Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear. Understanding these definitions will help clarify the rest of the agreement.

Access to the PR111 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. You must confirm your eligibility before registering an account.

• You are at least 21 years of age. PR111 does not permit persons under 21 to register or use the platform in any capacity.
• You are physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform.
• You are accessing PR111 for your personal entertainment only, not on behalf of a third party, employer, or business entity.
• You are not a current or former employee of PR111, its operators, affiliates, technology providers, or any third-party supplier to the platform.
• You are not currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on any gambling platform.
• You understand and accept that online gaming involves real monetary risk and that losses are possible.

Each person may hold one PR111 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using a third party's details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering your pr111 account, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other fields required during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pr111 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately via support@pr111.app.

• PR111 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat.
• Use a strong, unique password for your pr111 account.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options available in your account settings.
• Do not access your pr111 account from shared or public devices without logging out completely afterward.

All transactions on PR111 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP, ₱). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, direct transfer to BDO/BPI/UnionBank, and Visa or Mastercard debit cards.

The minimum single deposit is ₱100. Maximum deposit amounts per transaction and per day are set at the account level and displayed within your pr111 wallet interface. PR111 does not impose transaction fees on standard deposit methods, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. PR111 does not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties. If a deposit is received from an unverified source, PR111 reserves the right to place the funds on hold pending verification.

• GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your pr111 wallet instantly.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours.
• Card deposits are subject to your issuing bank's approval process.

Members may request withdrawals of real-money funds from their pr111 wallet at any time, subject to the conditions in this section. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

PR111 targets a processing time of within 5 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals submitted during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank) are processed within one banking business day in most cases. Card withdrawals follow the receiving bank's standard posting timeline.

Before processing a first withdrawal, PR111 may require completion of the KYC verification process. This is a standard procedure for all licensed gaming platforms and is not specific to any individual account. Withdrawals requested while a KYC review is pending will be placed in queue until verification is complete.

PR111 offers various promotions including deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, fight night specials, and VIP Club rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published on the Promotions page and at the point of offer. The general conditions below apply to all PR111 bonus offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly on each offer.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money balance is exhausted unless the specific promotion states a different sequence.
• Each member may claim each promotional offer once only, unless the offer explicitly permits repeat claims.
• PR111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonus funds that have not been used within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to coordinated multi-account bonus abuse — will result in suspension of all bonuses and possible account termination.

All games and betting markets available on PR111 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In case of a conflict between a specific game's rules and these general Terms and Conditions, the game's specific rules take precedence for matters related to gameplay outcomes. These general Terms govern account, payment, and conduct matters.

For sports betting markets, PR111 uses official results as published by the relevant sanctioning body or sports organisation. In the event of a disputed result, settlement is deferred until the official result is confirmed. If a sporting event is cancelled and not rescheduled within the period stated in the specific market terms, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned.

• Bets confirmed and accepted by the pr111 system are final and may not be cancelled by the member after confirmation.
• Technical errors that result in an incorrectly displayed odd or market description do not oblige PR111 to honour that odd. Affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• RNG (random number generator) game outcomes are determined by certified randomness algorithms. PR111 does not interfere with, modify, or adjust game outcomes.
• Live dealer game outcomes are governed by the physical results of each hand or spin as dealt/spun by the live dealer, subject to any applicable rule disputes resolved by the game provider.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the PR111 platform. Engaging in any of these constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable.

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one PR111 account, whether in your own name or through third parties.
• Bonus abuse: Coordinating with other members to exploit promotional terms, using multiple accounts or identities to claim the same bonus, or systematically wagering on opposing outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Money laundering: Using PR111 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of illegal activity. PR111 cooperates fully with AMLC and Philippine law enforcement agencies.
• Fraudulent payment methods: Depositing using payment accounts that do not belong to you, using stolen card details, or initiating chargebacks after withdrawal requests have been approved.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live multiplayer games (including poker or card game tables) to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software to interact with PR111 games or betting markets without authorisation.
• Threats and harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications toward PR111 staff or other members.

PR111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its discretion if there is reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these Terms and Conditions has occurred, or if account activity poses a risk to the platform's integrity, other members, or financial systems.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, PR111 will notify the account holder via the registered email or mobile number. The member has the right to submit a written response addressing the grounds for suspension. PR111 will complete its investigation within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the member.

In cases of confirmed fraud, multi-accounting, money laundering, or collusion, any balance in the account at the time of suspension — including winnings — may be forfeited. This forfeiture is without prejudice to any civil or criminal proceedings PR111 may pursue.

All content on the PR111 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of PR111 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the PR111 platform without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of PR111's intellectual property will be treated as an infringement and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PR111's total liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the claim.

PR111 is not liable for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: network or internet connectivity failures outside the platform's infrastructure, third-party payment provider downtime, force majeure events, or regulatory changes that affect platform availability.

Gaming losses resulting from legitimate play outcomes are the sole responsibility of the member. PR111 does not guarantee any particular outcome in any game or betting market, and all gaming activity is undertaken at the member's own risk.

PR111 is committed to responsible gaming practices. We believe that online gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our obligations to the wellbeing of our members seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pr111 members and can be accessed directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to stay within a budget you're comfortable with.
• Session time reminders — receive alerts after a set period of continuous play.

• Voluntary self-exclusion — request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanent exclusion from the platform.

Continued use of the PR111 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should close your account and withdraw any available balance before the effective date.

The version date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Members are encouraged to review these terms periodically. Previous versions of the Terms and Conditions are available on request from support@pr111.app.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of the PR111 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, members are encouraged to contact PR111 support to resolve any issue informally. Most account-related disputes — payment delays, bonus queries, game outcome questions — can be resolved directly through the support team without the need for formal proceedings.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of submission, the member may escalate the matter through applicable consumer protection channels available under Philippine law.
